THE LAW FIRMThe law firm of Wildmoser/Koch dates to the establishment of a law firm by the attorneys Dr. Heinrich Hinsenkamp and Dr. Karl Wildmoser in 1893. Following a brief interruption during the unsettled conditions of the immediate post-war years, Dr. Helmut Wildmoser and Dr. Wolfgang Wallentin re-established the law firm in 1953. Dr. Horst Koch, who had originally served as a judge, joined the firm as an attorney in 1975. In the years that followed, the law firm continued to grow. It has close links to banks, industry, and all kinds of business enterprises, especially in Upper Austria, which it supports with a wide range of services. Previously a "GesbR" or civil law association, in 2004 the law firm became a limited company, and is now known as "Wildmoser/Koch & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH".
